The District Administrative Council is a governing body of every district.  It is comprised of the elected district officers: Governor, Governor Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer.  An additional officer(s), Lt. Governor, is optional. The North Carolina DAC communicates with PI, takes on additional trainings like the Council of Leadership, and supports all clubs in the district.
